1) About InvoVat

InvoVat is an application designed for Croatia apartment owners/hosts to:

  • Sign in and submit required guest/tourist reports to the eVisitor system.
  • Create and manage invoices related to stays.
  • Manage a calendar to track guest arrival and check-out dates.
  • Support processing of tourist-related payments and taxes for the relevant Croatia tourist office.
Important: InvoVat helps you perform reporting and administrative tasks. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

2) Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account & contact information: such as name, email, phone (if provided), and business details.
  • Guest/tourist reporting details: information you enter for eVisitor reporting (e.g., guest identity and stay details) as required by law.
  • Invoice data: billing details, service descriptions, amounts, tax-related fields, and invoice metadata.
  • Calendar/stay details: arrival/check-out dates, reservation references, notes you add.
  • Support communications: messages you send to us (e.g., via email).

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and app data: device type, operating system version, app version, language, and basic diagnostics.
  • Usage data: app interactions, screens viewed, feature usage, and performance metrics.
  • Log data: timestamps, IP address (where applicable), and error logs for troubleshooting and security.

2.3 Payment/tax processing data

If InvoVat supports payment/tax processing, we may handle transaction-related information needed to create records and confirmations. Actual payment card details are typically handled by specialized payment providers (if used) and are not stored by us unless explicitly stated.
